Deliveries and Collections
We offer a next day delivery to mainland UK on over 30,000 products with no minimum order.
Should you require a product in an emergency we can offer a same day delivery service within specified cities. Should you urgently require an item once our fleet of vans has left in the morning we also have our ‘Rapid Response Van’ which whenever possible will deliver your goods to you.
On request we can offer a pick and wrap delivery service where orders are individually boxed and labelled for delivery direct to your desktop. For further information or to request special conditions please contact sales@odm-uk.com
Existing customers should discuss their requirements with their account managers who will be happy to tailor deliveries to your specific needs.
Returns Policy
We are happy to arrange collection of unwanted items free of charge provided you advise us within 3 working days of delivery.
A full credit will then be issued for these items.
If any items are damaged or missing from your delivery, please let us know within three working days of delivery so we can quickly collect the items and send you a replacement.
If returning unwanted items please ensure:

The goods are unopened and in the condition they were delivered to you.

The goods are in their original packaging.

All manuals and components are included.

The box has no writing or markings on it.
Returns after 3 days
After 3 days from delivery, items may only be returned and credited at our discretion.
Returns exceptions
Office machines, furniture, specials and some electrical products are excluded from our returns policy.
We also cannot accept any food or drinks returns including biscuits, tea, coffee and water because of health and safety regulations.
