Steve Morris founded ODM in 1992. We pride ourselves on being dedicated, friendly, and making sure an excellent standard of customer service is always our top priority.

Steve spent his early career days in Retail Management with Woolworths, BHS and his parent’s China Shop. During the 80’s he worked in I.T and in the early 90’s sold UNIX Computers to small businesses. In 1992 he set up ODM, initially working from home he established a network of customer’s in the South and developed ODM in to what it is today. He is 100 percent customer focused and that will always be his aim in business. The customer is the most important thing in ODM.
Simon joined ODM in 1995 having gained extensive experience during many years in Sales & Management, and now leads the dedicated sales team at ODM. Simon controls ODM’s Office Furniture operations and is an acknowledged expert in Office Design and Planning as well as workplace Health & Safety. He retains personal hands-on responsibility for all furniture installation projects and offers a single effective point of contact for all your office furniture requirements. The sales team at ODM possess a wealth of experience in the industry and Simon is proud of their dedication and professionalism.
Phillipa is an experienced Accountant, controlling ODM’s financial, budgeting and treasury functions whilst overseeing sales and purchase ledgers. She offers a single point of contact for all account-related questions from both customers and suppliers, and personally (and sympathetically) handles credit account applications from established businesses.
