I've just used the new web chat facility with Steve from ODM for the 1st time as I was looking for bags that can be heat sealed, instead of me browsing their new site I decided to try this as I normally call. I deal with Tracy Martin usually on a daily basis and she is always keen to help and go above the call of duty to find me the best products at the cheapest price, nothing is ever too much trouble and she really puts herself out to make sure we are fully satisfied.


I have only been in the role for a short while and am new to all the products, but Tracy has always been at the end of the phone to guide me in the right direction. I have probably driven her mad a lot of the time, but she has never let this show and continued to support me which I am very grateful for.
